There is no price list here. There are no tiers, no "most popular" badge, no strategic partnership. There is an amount you decide on, and a person you decide to pay. GHOSTO takes nothing in between.

6 Ways the work gets paid

The Ledger

What the money pays for

Six kinds of work happen around a building that nobody is using. We do not publish what they cost — you decide what each one is worth to you, and you decide who does it. Pick a card to fund that work.

Javascript is off, so the ledger won't render itself. Here it is anyway:

Vacant-property research report — investors and property professionals.
Professional research subscription — investors, brokers, developers.
Owner-authorized property listing — property owners.
Property research and coordination — owners and other contracting clients.
Property management — property owners.
Acquisition and resale — GHOSTO, if it lawfully acquires the property.

No tiers. No minimum worth mentioning.

Make a donation

Type what it's worth to you. Choose who does the work — or choose yourself, if you're paying someone who isn't on this page. Then PayPal opens with everything filled in.

Amount any amount, whole dollars, decimals if you're that kind of person

$ USD

One dollar is a legitimate answer. So is a number that isn't round. So is a number with too many zeros in it.

Who is this for? the money goes straight to them — not to us

Your name optional

Your email optional, for a receipt

A note for them optional — this rides along with the payment Keep me anonymous. No name on this one. The Ghosts will simply know a stranger was kind.

Nothing is charged on this page. PayPal opens in a new tab with the amount and the recipient already filled in, and you can still change it there. GHOSTO takes 0% of whatever you send.

The Ritual

How it works

Four steps. No signup, no account, no sales call afterwards.

The Ethos

Why donation only

Because the moment real estate gets a price list, it starts optimizing for the invoice instead of the building.
